"I can lead myself. But my key people are still waiting for my impulse."
By now I know how to align myself, stabilize my state, and pursue essential goals.
But around me I see people who stay below their potential. They work, but they lack direction. They react instead of deciding. They want to achieve something, but their energy, their routines, and their behavior do not match their goal.
I no longer want to pull them along. I want to help them develop their own coherent roadmap and implement it under their own power.
Transfer Peak State to one person.
The Peak State Master leads from self-leadership into the direct development of another person. You learn more than how to motivate people or have good conversations. You learn to develop, together with a person, a clear, emotionally coherent, and vitally sustainable Results Roadmap.
This roadmap connects:
the personal vision
the mission
the physical and mental starting point
thinking, feeling, and acting
values and meaning
concrete decisions
personal routines
competencies and measurable results
It withstands critical questioning because it is not based on short-lived enthusiasm. It is based on inner coherence.
The Master logic.
A person does not change permanently because you tell them what to do. They change when:
they understand what holds meaning for them,
their vision and mission are clear,
their goals truly belong to them,
their physical and emotional state can carry the change,
their thinking, feeling, and acting are aligned with each other,
their routines support the desired result,
they develop the necessary competencies,
progress becomes measurable.
That is why the Master creates no dependency on you. It develops a person who understands their own roadmap and can lead it themselves.
What actually happens in the Master.
You learn to understand:
- What really moves this person?
- What costs them energy?
- What gives them power?
- How do they experience their physical state?
- Which routines support or sabotage them?
- How do they handle sleep, nutrition, movement, and recovery?
- Which goals create real aliveness?
You work with the person on:
- their personal vision,
- their task and mission,
- the meaning of their role,
- their contribution to the company,
- their core values,
- their picture of a coherent future.
The vision answers:
What should become possible?
The mission answers:
What do I take responsibility for?
Only when this level is right do goals become emotionally sustainable.
You learn:
- to recognize thoughts and interpretations,
- to trigger reflection,
- to make patterns visible,
- to interrupt autopilots,
- to understand values and decision criteria.
You recognize why a person does not act despite good intentions.
- a goal has no personal meaning,
- a value conflicts with the task,
- a pattern creates avoidance,
- the physical state cannot carry the demand,
- the necessary competence is missing,
- the next steps are not precise enough.
You learn to tell these levels apart.
In the Master, the Impact Pyramid is transferred to the other person.
Thinking
What does the person believe about themselves, their role, the goal, and their options?
Feeling
What emotional state arises from that?
Acting
Which visible actions follow, and which do not?
You help the person recognize contradictions:
- They want responsibility but avoid decisions.
- They want performance but protect their comfort zone.
- They want health but live against their body.
- They want growth but cling to old routines.
- They want recognition but do not show their performance.
- They want freedom but accept no consequences.
From this clarity comes a real decision to develop.
You train:
- igniting people,
- inspiring,
- directing attention with words,
- opening doors to new possibilities,
- connecting vision, mission, and goal,
- asking critical questions,
- naming contradictions clearly,
- leaving responsibility with the person.
You work with:
- perception,
- feelings that can be led,
- zest and love,
- recognition,
- emotional high energy and ecstasy.
You recognize:
- What triggers aliveness in this person?
- When do they feel recognized?
- What creates an appetite for responsibility?
- Which task do they truly love?
- Where do peak concentration and creative power arise?
- Which emotion blocks a necessary decision?
You learn not only to perceive emotional energy, but to lead it, together with the person, toward a coherent action.
The Results Roadmap is the methodological core of the Master.
It connects the person’s personal and entrepreneurial development.
Component 1: Vision
Which future does this person want to help shape?
Component 2: Mission
What do they take responsibility for?
Component 3: Meaning
Why does this goal matter to them, the team, and the company?
Component 4: Peak State
Which physical, mental, and emotional state do they need?
Component 5: Health and vitality
Which standards do they need for sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery, and managing strain?
Component 6: Thinking
Which thoughts, values, and decision criteria need to hold?
Component 7: Feeling
Which emotions should be perceived, led, and turned into power?
Component 8: Acting
Which concrete behaviors and routines are necessary?
Component 9: Competence
What does the person need to learn and master?
Component 10: Result
Which measurable results show that the development is actually happening?
A good roadmap fails if it only works on paper.
The roadmap must be:
- emotionally coherent,
- physically sustainable,
- strategically sound,
- operationally precise,
- measurable,
- open to critical review.
You help the person integrate it into their everyday life:
- daily structure,
- personal routines,
- decision rhythms,
- time for learning and reflection,
- health and vitality standards,
- concrete actions,
- feedback loops,
- checkpoints,
- consequences for deviations.
The roadmap becomes a lived guide for:
- decisions,
- priorities,
- conversations,
- behavior,
- development,
- results.
The real Master application.
During the six months, every participant works with a specific key person. This could be:
- a member of the executive team,
- a potential successor,
- a division head,
- a top performer,
- a person with high potential,
- a person who has so far depended too much on their leader.
The goal is not to optimize this person. The goal is to enable them:
- to clarify their vision,
- to understand their mission,
- to consciously lead their state,
- to build a vital personal structure,
- to make clear decisions,
- to develop competencies,
- to create measurable results.
What changes as a result.
After the Master you can:
- see the whole person behind their role,
- connect physical, mental, and emotional factors,
- develop vision and mission together,
- create meaning,
- transfer the Impact Pyramid to others,
- uncover contradictions between thinking, feeling, and acting,
- lead people to their own decisions through language,
- develop vital routines and patterns of action,
- create a robust Results Roadmap,
- accompany change measurably.
You do not give a person your energy. You show them how to create their own energy, align it, and turn it into results.
What people say who have worked in the system.
I used to be the one who always tried to deliver solutions. One more argument. One more idea. One more explanation. And still, people often did not follow through. In the Master I understood that people are not looking for solutions at all. They want to be understood. Since then I have conversations completely differently. I listen more. I ask differently. And suddenly people make their own decisions. My employees take responsibility. My clients trust me faster. And at home my wife sometimes says: “You used to answer right away. Today you really listen to me.” That was probably the biggest compliment.
Structure
Three in-person days
Intensive work on:
- seeing the whole person,
- vision, mission, and meaning,
- the Impact Pyramid of thinking, acting, and feeling,
- vitality, health, and routines,
- language and emotional resonance,
- developing a Results Roadmap,
- building competence and measurable implementation.
Six months of implementation
You work with a specific key person and transfer the Master logic into the real leadership relationship.
Two guided implementation groups
You reflect on:
- How coherent is the roadmap?
- Where is meaning missing?
- What resistance is showing up?
- Which routines hold?
- Which decisions are being avoided?
- Which competencies need to be built?
- Which results are visible?
Transfer and integration prompts
Between sessions you receive concrete conversation, observation, and development tasks.
Master Challenge Day
At the end, it becomes visible:
- which roadmap was developed,
- which changes in thinking, feeling, and acting have emerged,
- which routines and vitality standards are being implemented,
- which competencies have been built,
- which decisions have been made,
- which results are measurable,
- how independently the person now leads their own development.
Frequently asked questions about the Peak State Master.
What is the Peak State Master?
The Peak State Master is LeaCo Academy’s program for developing one individual. You learn to develop, together with a key person, a clear, emotionally coherent, and sustainable Results Roadmap that connects vision, mission, state, thinking, feeling, acting, competence, and measurable results. The Master does not give the other person your state. It creates the conditions under which they find access to their own power.
Who is the Peak State Master for?
The Peak State Master is for leaders who can lead themselves but see that their key people are still waiting for their impulse: executive team, successors, division heads, top performers. The typical moment is when you realize: “I cannot just lead myself. I need to understand how I really reach others.” If you no longer want to pull these people along but develop them into independent torchbearers, you are in the right place. The Practitioner was about me and myself. The Master adds me and you. Prerequisite: Peak State Practitioner or comparable self-leadership competence.
How is the Peak State Master structured, and how long does it take?
The Peak State Master consists of three in-person days and six months of implementation in which you work with a specific key person from your company. It includes two guided implementation groups, transfer and integration prompts, and, at the end, the Master Challenge Day, where it becomes visible which roadmap has emerged and how independently this person now leads their own development.
What exactly do I learn in the Peak State Master?
In the Peak State Master you learn to recognize a person’s energy, understand their inner logic, develop vision and mission with them, uncover contradictions between thinking, feeling, and acting, and use language as the spark. The methodological core is the Results Roadmap with ten components, from vision and meaning through vitality standards to measurable results, which you translate with your key person into everyday life and routines.
Why is knowing good leadership techniques not enough?
Because a person does not change permanently because you tell them what to do. They change when they understand what holds meaning for them, when their goals truly belong to them, and when their state can carry the change. That is why the Peak State Master starts before technique: with the whole person behind the role.
Is the Peak State Master about manipulating people?
No. Igniting language does not mean steering people rhetorically. It makes the right thought reachable, opens up perspectives, and leaves responsibility with the person. The goal of the Master is a person who understands their own roadmap and leads it themselves. Manipulation creates dependency. The Master creates self-efficacy.
What if my employees are technically good but do not show their full potential?
Then the question is: What do these people need to actually access their potential? That is exactly where the Peak State Master comes in. Often it is not competence that is missing, but a goal with personal meaning; or a value conflicts with the task, a pattern creates avoidance, or the next steps are not precise enough. You learn to tell these levels apart. And if you keep having the same conflicts with the same people, it is worth looking not only at the employee but also at your own communication and the dynamic between you.
Who is the Peak State Master not for?
The Peak State Master is not for people who understand leadership only as control, instructions, and delegation and are not willing to see themselves as part of the leadership effect. If you treat people like machines that work with the right technique, you will not be happy here.
