People do not follow a method. They follow a person who is in a particular state: clear, powerful, composed, contagious. Peak State is not what leaders achieve. Peak State is what makes a leader.

That is why leadership does not begin in a textbook. It begins in you, from the inside out. The same critical conversation, the same address: delivered from a rushed, irritated state it is devastating, delivered from Peak State it ignites.

It is not the tool that makes the difference. It is the hand that holds it.

This is not a matter of attitude. It is the result of our research: the brain creates the state, the state creates the behavior, the behavior creates the impact.
