Peak State Practitioner

The Primal Force. (Me)

"I still function. But I stopped living and leading from my full power a long time ago."

I carry responsibility, make decisions, and keep the company moving. At the same time, I notice that my own state depends more and more on appointments, problems, sleep, nutrition, and other people's energy.

In theory, I know what would be good for me. But in my everyday life I do not implement it reliably.

I do not need another good intention. I need a clear personal architecture that holds even when the pressure rises."

Peak State Architecture

Create your Peak State not just in your head, but in your entire life.

The Peak State Practitioner is the foundation of the entire Peak State Architecture. This is not just about thinking differently.

It is about consciously creating your state on every level that matters:

in your body

in your energy

in your thinking

in your feeling

in your actions

in your routines

in how you shape your day

in your decisions

You develop a personal Peak State Architecture that works not only in the seminar room, but on a demanding Monday morning, before a difficult decision, after a short night, or in the middle of a stressful phase for your company.

Core logic

The Impact Pyramid.

The Peak State Practitioner follows a clear core logic:

Level:

Thinking

What do I think about myself, the situation, and my options?

Level:

Acting

What do I then do, concretely, repeatedly, and visibly?

Level:

Feeling

What emotional state arises from what I think and do, and how can I consciously lead it?

These three levels constantly act on each other:

  • Your thinking determines your actions.
  • Your actions create your feelings.
  • Your feelings in turn confirm or change your thinking.

The Practitioner makes this effect controllable.

Curriculum

What actually happens in the Practitioner.

Energy is more than motivation.

It comes from physical vitality, mental clarity, emotional presence, and a direction that truly means something to you.

You work on:

  • focus
  • vision
  • direction
  • clarity

non-negotiable goals.

You decide:

  • What really matters to me right now?
  • Which goals are no longer up for discussion?
  • Where do I direct my time and energy?
  • What do I deliberately leave out?
  • Which future demands a different version of me?

Diffuse activity turns into a clear personal direction.

Your body is not just the vehicle for your head.

It is the foundation of your state.

You analyze:

  • how healthy you feel,
  • sleep and recovery,
  • nutrition and hydration,
  • movement and physical activation,
  • your energy curve over the day,
  • strain and recovery,
  • physical warning signs,
  • routines before and after peak performance phases.

You develop personal, realistic standards for:

  • sleep,
  • nutrition,
  • movement,
  • recovery,
  • activation,
  • the ability to concentrate.
This is not a generic health program. It is about one question: What does your body need so that you can access the power your responsibility demands of you?

Observe yourself

You learn to notice your thoughts without automatically following every one of them.

You work on:

  • thoughts,
  • reflection,
  • pattern recognition,
  • leaving the autopilot,
  • your consciously chosen values.

You recognize:

  • which thoughts generate energy,
  • which thoughts limit you,
  • which inner stories you repeat every day,
  • how you automatically judge situations,
  • which values actually determine your decisions.

You develop the ability to consciously pause, reassess, and decide differently.

Feelings are not a disruption of your performance.

They are energy, information, and orientation.

You work on:

  • perception,
  • the ability to lead your feelings instead of being led by them,
  • zest and love,
  • recognition,
  • emotional high energy and ecstasy.

You learn:

  • to notice feelings early,
  • to distinguish physical from emotional states,
  • not to automatically translate pressure, fear, anger, or exhaustion into behavior,
  • to consciously generate positive energy,
  • to accept and give recognition,
  • to use zest and joy as legitimate sources of power again.
Peak State does not mean always being in a good mood. It means staying emotionally capable of action.

Alignment

Your state becomes visible in what you say and do.

You work on:

  • stating decisions clearly,
  • taking your own standards seriously,
  • setting boundaries,
  • keeping commitments,
  • creating clarity through language,
  • opening up new possibilities through action,
  • connecting thinking, feeling, and doing.

You recognize:

You recognize where you contradict yourself:

  • You say health matters, but you act otherwise.
  • You say a goal has priority, but you give it no time.
  • You say you want to hand over responsibility, but you keep intervening.
  • You say you want change, but you cling to old routines.

The Practitioner translates inner clarity into visible consistency.

Competence

Insight is only valuable once it holds up in everyday life.

You work on:

  • making decisions,
  • developing competence,
  • precision,
  • measurability,
  • results.

You do not just define goals.

You develop:

  • concrete actions,
  • clear metrics,
  • verifiable routines,
  • fixed implementation steps,
  • personal consequences,
  • a rhythm for reflection and adjustment.

The Practitioner translates inner clarity into visible consistency.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the Peak State Practitioner.

What is the Peak State Practitioner?

The Peak State Practitioner is LeaCo Academy’s foundational program for self-leadership. You learn to stop leaving your own state to circumstances and instead create it consciously on every level that matters: body, energy, thinking, feeling, acting, routines, and decisions. The result is a personal Peak State Architecture that holds up even on a demanding Monday morning or in the middle of a stressful phase for your company.

The Peak State Practitioner is for leaders who carry responsibility and notice that their own state depends more and more on appointments, problems, sleep, nutrition, and other people’s energy. You do not have to be particularly successful already. You should be ready to take responsibility for your own state and to question yourself honestly.

The Peak State Practitioner consists of three in-person days and six months of implementation in your own everyday life as an entrepreneur. It includes two guided implementation groups, transfer and integration prompts between sessions, and, at the end, the Peak State Challenge Day, where it becomes visible which routines you have anchored and how you act under pressure. The program is led by Henrik Mühlhans and Martina Grünewald-Ernst.

In the Peak State Practitioner you work on six areas: you align your energy (focus, vision, non-negotiable goals), you develop physical vitality (sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery), you lead your mind (recognizing patterns, leaving the autopilot), you lead your emotions, you bring language and action into alignment, and you develop the power to implement. At the end of the in-person phase you have your individual 10-Point Peak State Plan: the personal operating manual for your own state.

No. Peak State does not mean being constantly euphoric. It means staying emotionally capable of action: not automatically translating pressure, fear, anger, or exhaustion into behavior, but being able to consciously access a state in demanding situations from which you think and decide clearly.

That is exactly what the Peak State Practitioner is built for. Knowledge and good intentions do not change behavior. That is why the in-person days are followed by six months of guided implementation with concrete metrics, verifiable routines, and two implementation groups in which you check which routines hold and where you fall back. You no longer hope for a good day; you know what you have to do to create a good state.

Then the Peak State Practitioner may be especially interesting for you. Knowing yourself is one thing; actually being able to steer yourself under pressure, through change, or in difficult situations is another. The Practitioner works precisely on this gap between self-knowledge and self-leadership: on a demanding Monday morning, before a difficult decision, after a short night.

The Peak State Practitioner is not for people who want to collect as many new models as possible or are looking for another dose of motivation. Nor is it for people who only want confirmation that they are already doing everything right. The Practitioner begins with you: your torch, your patterns, your state, your self-leadership. That demands openness, a willingness to change, and the will to take responsibility for yourself.

Talk about my goal

30 or 45 minutes, you choose. Not a sales pitch, but clarity about your next step.

Afterwards

The next step.

In the Practitioner you learn to create your own Peak State. In the Master you learn to transfer this logic to another person, without making them dependent on your motivation, control, or energy.
