Peak State Reset

The Source Code. Outside the sequence.

"I recognize my behavior. But I still do not understand why it keeps happening."

I know that in certain situations I control too much, take over too quickly, or withdraw inwardly.

I hear myself saying the same sentences and make decisions that I cannot understand myself later on.

I have already reflected a lot. But I do not just want to understand my behavior. I want to reach the origin of the logic that keeps producing it.

Peak State Architecture

Walk the Impact Pyramid backwards.

Reset follows a different movement from the other programs. Practitioner, Master, and Leader point forward: What do I want to think? How do I want to feel? How do I want to act? Which results do I want to create?

Reset goes backwards. From the visible symptoms to the origin.

The movement is:

Result
Behavior

Language

Emotion

Thought

Origin pattern

You start with what you can observe today: desired and undesired results that slow you down, block you, or keep you under constant pressure.

And you go back, step by step, to where this effect begins.

Curriculum

What actually happens in Reset.

It does not start with theory. It starts with reality:

epigenetic and genetic patterns that shaped you long before conscious thought and therefore work from the subconscious.

You examine:

  • Which results keep repeating?
  • Which conflicts keep coming up?
  • Where do you regularly take on too much?
  • Where are you not heard?
  • Where do you lose energy?
  • Where do you react more strongly than the situation explains?
  • Where do you fail to reach the desired result despite great effort?
This is about desired and undesired effects. Because success, too, can come from a pattern that demands a high price in the long run.

You take a step back.

You recognize:

  • Which sentences do you keep saying?
  • How do you explain yourself?
  • Which words do you use under pressure?
  • When do you become harsh, hasty, or vague?
  • When do you withdraw?
  • When do you control?
  • When do you adapt?
  • When do you take on responsibility that is not yours?
  • When do you avoid a necessary decision?
Language and behavior become traces. They show which inner logic is already active.

Behind every recurring behavior lies a state.

You learn to perceive:

  • Which feelings come up?
  • Which emotions control you from the outside?
  • What triggers fear, pressure, anger, shame, or withdrawal?
  • Where does the urge to prove yourself arise?
  • Where do you need control?
  • Where do you seek recognition?
  • Where do you avoid closeness or conflict?
  • Where do you react out of an old necessity?
You recognize that emotions do not arise by chance. They follow a meaning.
The decisive question is: What does this situation mean to me? Not objectively, but within your inner logic.

For example:

  • If I do not control things, everything goes wrong.
  • If I appear weak, I lose respect.
  • If I say no, I disappoint people.
  • If I do not perform, I am not valuable.
  • If I hand over responsibility, I become redundant.
  • If I open up, I get hurt.
  • If I do not know everything, I lose security.
These meanings create emotions. The emotions create behavior. The behavior creates results.
Behind recurring meanings there is often one central thought. A core thought. An early inner sentence that was meant to create order and security.

For example:

  • I have to be strong.
  • I must not need anyone.
  • I have to have everything under control.
  • I must not make mistakes.
  • I have to perform to be valuable.
  • I must not stand out.
  • I have to take care of others.
  • I must not show myself.
  • I have to fight.
  • I must not disappoint.
This core thought is not simply wrong. It was often an intelligent adaptation. But it keeps working, even though the original situation is long gone.

The core thought is part of a larger pattern.

You examine:

  • Where did this logic come from?
  • Which experience made it sensible?
  • What was it trying to protect?
  • Which belonging was it trying to secure?
  • Which danger was it trying to avoid?
  • Which strength developed from it?
  • What price do you pay for it today?

You recognize your leitmotif.

You recognize your leitmotif.

The personal logic through which you learned:

  • to create security,
  • to gain recognition,
  • to shape relationships,
  • to produce performance,
  • to stay in control,
  • to secure your place.

Reset teaches a clear questioning technique with which you can later examine your own chain of effects yourself.

Questions like:

  • What actually just happened?
  • What did I make of it?
  • Which emotion arose?
  • Which action followed?
  • Which thought lay underneath?
  • What was I trying to protect?
  • Which old truth am I treating as if it were current?
  • Which other meaning is possible today?
  • Which decision would match who I am today?
These questions do not lead to endless brooding. They lead to clarity.
In Reset, the old chain is not only understood. It is rewritten.

The old logic may go like this:

Trigger → old meaning → old emotion → old behavior → familiar result

The new logic goes like this:

Trigger → conscious perception → new meaning → led emotion → new decision → new result

You train this transformation on real situations.

Not only in the retreat.

But later in everyday life.

The repolarization principle means:

the energy of the old pattern is not destroyed.

It is realigned.

  • Control can become clarity.
  • Harshness can become determination.
  • Adaptation can become relational strength.
  • Fear can become alertness.
  • Restlessness can become creative energy.
  • Withdrawal can become conscious distance.
  • Performance pressure can become a genuine will to create.
The power remains. But it is given a new direction.
Reset does not end with an insight in the retreat. The decisive work begins afterwards.

You apply the new logic:

  • in difficult conversations,
  • when facing criticism,
  • in conflicts,
  • under high strain,
  • in relationships,
  • in important decisions,
  • in moments of fear or loss of control,
  • in old family or professional dynamics.
Every new decision changes the chain of effects. Every repetition strengthens the new inner order.
Application

The self-directed Peak State mode.

The goal of Reset is not to never fall into an old pattern again. The goal is:

You develop the ability to pull yourself out again and again, by your own bootstraps. Not through suppression, but through understanding, penetrating, and consciously deciding anew.

Result

The result: unleashed power.

You are no longer at the mercy of your history. You decide what effect it is still allowed to have on your life today.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Peak State Reset.

What is Peak State Reset?

Peak State Reset is LeaCo Academy’s deep-dive program for people who know their behavior but do not yet understand why it keeps happening. While Practitioner, Master, and Leader point forward, Reset goes backwards: from the visible result through behavior, language, and emotion to the core thought and the origin pattern. There, the old chain of effects is not only understood but rewritten.

Peak State Reset is for leaders who ask themselves: “Why do I keep doing this?” You recognize that in certain situations you control too much, take over too quickly, or withdraw inwardly, and you want to do more than understand your behavior: you want to reach the origin of the logic that produces it. Reset can be booked independently of Practitioner, Master, or Leader.

Then the decisive question is: Can you also change them? Reset goes deeper than mere recognition. You decode the meaning behind your reactions (“If I do not control things, everything goes wrong”), find the core thought behind it (“I have to have everything under control”), and understand which experience once made this logic sensible. Only then can the chain be rewritten in real situations.

No. Peak State Reset is not designed for crises, but for the next stage of development. Those who are successful on the outside often benefit the most, because success, too, can come from a pattern that demands a high price in the long run: constant pressure, restlessness, recurring conflicts, or the feeling of never being truly satisfied.

Peak State Reset begins with a preparation phase consisting of a diagnostic preliminary conversation, a biographical assessment, and a leitmotif questionnaire. This is followed by a five-day in-person retreat and then six months of integration in everyday life with two guided reflection groups, self-coaching prompts, and an Integration Day at the end. Reset is led by Martina Grünewald-Ernst and Henrik Mühlhans.

Yes, and not through suppression, but through understanding, penetrating, and consciously deciding anew. Reset works with the repolarization principle: the energy of the old pattern is not destroyed but realigned. Control becomes clarity, harshness becomes determination, adaptation becomes relational strength, performance pressure becomes a genuine will to create. The goal is not to never fall into an old pattern again, but to recognize it faster and consciously return to your own Peak State.

No. Reset is more like the opposite. It is about looking more closely at what actually controls you. Participants describe Reset as the hardest and at the same time most liberating thing they have done. If you are looking for a quick shot of motivation, this is the wrong place. If you want more freedom in your own thinking, feeling, and acting, you are exactly right here.
