LeaCo Academy

Where the market ends, LeaCo begins. For 30 years.

LeaCo Impact

Those who develop leadership carry responsibility. Including where nobody sees it.

LeaCo supports HandS e.V., a non-profit organization that supports children in Uganda through sponsorships and development projects.

Why LeaCo

The market offers reflection, tools, motivation. LeaCo works on what comes before that: on state, inner logic, and what really drives decisions.

Henrik Mühlhans

Co-Founder · Managing Director · LeaCo Academy Lead

Henrik Mühlhans is Co-Founder and Managing Director of LeaCo Academy. Before helping to build LeaCo, he spent ten years at EY, most recently in audit and, in India, involved in building and scaling the offshore center: as a trainer, coach, and process designer for teams from two cultures. Before that, he served as a paratrooper and completed reserve officer training in the German Armed Forces.

His work combines structure with energy. Henrik shows entrepreneurs how thinking, emotion, and body come back into alignment: coherence as the basis for Peak State, clear decisions, and leadership that holds.

Black belt in Shaolin Kung Fu, daily energy work, nervous system regulation: he lives what he teaches.

Martina Grünewald-Ernst

Co-Founder · Executive Leadership Architect · Principal Advisor

Martina Grünewald-Ernst is a psychologist, neuroscientist (M.Sc.), and licensed psychotherapist (HPG). For more than 30 years she has worked with leaders and entrepreneurs on leadership, decision-making, and personal effectiveness. As an entrepreneur, she has founded seven companies herself.

Her work combines current neuroscientific research with systemic coaching and depth-psychological reflection. As a member of the Academy of Neuroscience, she works closely with leading research institutions such as the Max Planck Society, EPFL, the Leibniz Association, and the University of Cambridge.

Her core: the individual leitmotif, the innermost drive that anchors meaning, clarity, and impact in everyday leadership.

The method

LeaCo does not work primarily on a cognitive level.

State. Body. Emotion. Speed. Precise question sequences. Direct translation into behavior.

Participants do not expect this. And that is exactly why they come back.
